Man Jumps From 2FL Balcony

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On September 20, 2020, at 8:10 pm, a man jumped from the 2nd floor of a rented house in Sangkat Toul Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

The victim was identified as Math Yalin, a 33-year-old man who has lived in that apartment for 10 years already. He has drug addiction problems and his mother sent him to a rehab center once.
On that evening, the local people saw the man was sitting in the balcony, and then they heard a crash, and they saw the man fall into the street. The victim broke his hip and thigh.

After the incident, the police went to the scene and contacted the ambulance to take the victim to the hospital.
