Nasty dose.

As a sleepwalker, this sort of death is one that worries me.

Asian balcony railings are notoriously quite low

I'm 6'2", so very careful on balconies, even when sober

Funny, it seems like the wife didn't care much about her husband, if he returned at 2am but there was no effort to check on his whereabouts throughout the night. Can hardly say I blame her. Addition by subtraction.

how sad, yet another military officer in drunk death/accident, seems like there are about 5 stories a week involving them - perhaps they need to start teaching them about responsible drinking levels or they won't have an army left.

Next time you hear some wowser proudly say that he doesn't touch / indulge in " drugs " ask them if they have the occasional beer or glass of wine.If they admit their indulgence, inform that their drink is also a drug .
PS ,tea & coffee contain various levels of Caffeine ,also a drug . , Cheers ! ! !

He fell head-first onto concrete from the third floor and "his nose was bleeding". Very astute (Cambodian) medical observation. He still had a nose? Not a heart attack this time?

Balconies and alcohol, a deadly combination. I always thought it was just a Thai thing but as Cambodia builds higher and higher I guess we’ll start seeing more of it over here.
