French-Canadian STEVE PLASSE and Cambodian Woman Busted for Meth in Kampot

Cambodia News, Kampot province: On June 2, 2020 at 9:30 pm, a Kampot task force cracked down on drug trafficking in Kampot City.
Two suspects, one foreign man and one Cambodian woman, were arrested and taken into custody, and 4 packets of methamphetamine and some drug equipment were seized in the raid.
The two supects have been identified as STEVE PLASSE, male, 41, French-Canadian, residing in Kampot, and Minh Shely, a 35-year-old Cambodian female originally from Neak Leung village, Prey Veng province.
Law enforcement is building a case to follow the procedure.
