Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On May 2, 2020, at 02:30 am, a Chinese woman, who was suspected of overdosing on drugs, was left lying on the street on Russian Federation road, in front of Royal Phnom Penh hospital, Sangkat Teuk Thlar, Phnom Penh.

The local people said that an unidentified man drove up on a motorbike and left the scene, and then they saw a Chinese woman was lying on the street. It seems that she was dumped there. She was suffering from seizures and was slightly injured.

The local people called the police, who went to the scene and tried to talk to the Chinese woman, but nobody could speak Chinese to her, so it was impossible to know what happened.
It was suspected that the woman was suffering from a drug overdose, so she was sent to the hospital for treatment.

It's funny how in the real world if the police pull you over or something they'll take you away from the road to somewhere safe, these dudes just letting her sit in the dust on the road at after midnight whilst creepily filming her wearing a balaclava. Classy.
