Teenage Girl Crashes Her Mercedes into a Few Cars in Wat Phnom Area

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On March 5, 2020, at 11 pm, a teenage girl driving a Mercedes car, plate PP 2BD-9899, hit a few cars in Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh.
Before the incident, the girl drove the car on Preah Norodom road until the Ministry of Public Works, where the car deviated and smashed into many other cars. The accident caused some material damage, but fortunately nobody was injured or killed.
The girl is suspected of being drunk or falling asleep at the wheel. (Or both.)It doesn't mention whether she has a driver's license.

Why is that teenage girl driving a merc? With a self driving Tesla with technology that even Toyota and Volvo cannot copy accidents like that never happen.
