Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh police have reported that two men were arrested in Daun Penh district of Phnom Penh on 24 February 2020, for the theft of a wing mirror from a Lexus committed on February 21 in Boeng Keng Kang.
Helpfully, one of the thieves was still wearing the same rather distinct T-shirt that he wore on the night of the crime.
The suspects, a tuktuk driver and an unemployed man, were captured on CCTV, arriving in an 'indian tuktuk', and then approaching the parked Lexus NX from the right-hand side and breaking off the rear vision wing mirror.
The two men are now in police custody and the tuktuk has been confiscated.

What have you to say about this @SternAAlbifrons
The Guild of upright tuk-tuk drivers should issue a statement against the rat-cage crew...
This is low brother....

Low is word, Mish
I just found out where these rat cages all started from.
Bloody rat lovin' scientists.. I thought they were supposed to torture them, not give them a PassApp code and a drivers licence.
Its not often that the United (real) Tuk Tuk Drivers of Cambodia Guild goes to war against the wonders of Science.
but we are this time.
