Yes I remember the story, that's why I quoted the answer, do you remember the westerner who seemed to be involved also with the underaged workers at a place like this? Don't forget this is a Khmer establishment for their own, don't worry about the loss of a few bucks it would be just has easy to loss your freedom by visiting these places.
