Toddler Drowns in Tragic Accident

Cambodia Breaking News, Kandal province: A few moments of inattention from a mother busy with the cooking cost the life of her 3-year-old son, who drowned out the back of his house this morning, on February 17, 2020 at 0800 hours at Tonle Bassac, Prek Ta Nang 2 village, Kampong Svay commune, Kien Svay district, Kandal province.
The victim was identified as Phan Sovann Reach, a 3-year-old boy. When it was realized that the boy was missing, local people went to drag the pond, but it was too late to save him. RIP.
