Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On February 11, 2020, at around about midnight, a Toyota Prius car was being driven at high speed along national road 4 in Phnom Penh, when suddenly it left the road and drove into a filthy black smelly canal.

Fortunately, neither the driver nor the passenger were injured. Because no one was hurt and no other vehicle was involved, when police came to inspect the accident scene, they allowed the car owner to have his vehicle lifted out of the canal and taken away for repairs and cleaning without further ado.

I was gonna ask the logical question: what is all that black sh*t in the canal? ...but never mind

Wow! They actually got a crane service in the early hours. That must have cost some riel money.

Note to self dont buy white Prius

Hotwheels now make cars that change colour when dipped in water. Much cheaper

They probably did more damage to it lifting it out with chains than it did going into the sewer

I mean that guy last year who took a swim in the canal never died (as far I know I figure with how nosey we all are somebody would have said something )

personally i noted not to drive into canals

as long as we have a strategy, i guess...
