Mentally Ill Man Dies After Running into a Moving Truck

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On July 24, 2020, a 25-year-old man, Chan Kimchay, an alcoholic who had a mental illness, died after running into a truck that was driving on national road 4, Sangkat Chom Chao, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh.

The local people said the man often ran across the road to beg money from the truck drivers to buy alcohol. On that day, the victim saw the container truck plate no.
