Chinese Women Give Police a Big Thumbs Up after Snatch Attack

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On January 22,2020, at 9:10 am, two teenage boys were arrested for snatching a bag from a Chinese woman, on street 217, Phnom Penh. The suspects were identified as Pon Sothy, 17 years old, and Hem Chomroeun, 17 years old.
The police confiscated a motorbike plate no. PP1IB-5580, and a bag containing 80 USD, a phone, a passport, and other personal items. The bag was restored to the happy victim, who was identified as ZHANG YANLING, a 41 year old tourist. Police then got a big thumbs up from the woman and her friend.

Why are perps holding up what looks like a pregnancy test strip? To make sure the cops didn’t get them pregnant or something?
