Three Drunk Chinese Drive into a Construction Site...

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On January 22, 2020, at 03:50 am, a group of three Chinese men in a car were driving blind drunk when they smashed into a construction site in Koh Pich area, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

The security guard said that before the incident he was guarding the construction site as usual; when suddenly, a car, plate PP.2AB-6666, came out of nowhere at high speed and smashed into the construction site. There were three drunk Chinese men in the car; the driver got his left leg broken, and the other two were only slightly injured. All three were sent to the hospital.

The police went to check the accident. The car driver agreed to pay compensation for all the damage .

Some Bong Tom is not going to be happy with those picas.

I'm pretty sure the 6666 range is 'reserved'.

I've seen a few of the new custom ones and they look very similar to that one. A moneyed up acquaintance just got one for her new ride as well. The app is very accurate and gives you a price right away, but it's all a bit ridiculous at 5-10k. I even looked up a few "incognito" ones (sort of English, or number sequences that wouldn't be seen as lucky here), and they either weren't available or 4k...

Maserati Levante SUV, not really a cheap car. No clue about prices of personalized plates in the KoW (or whether indeed all in this range are reserved as stated above) but in the Middle East one can see very expensive cars on the road - with number plates costing ten times as much.
