Korean Man Detained After Fatal Collision with Moto

Cambodia News: Preah Vihear: At 1:55 pm on January 19, 2020, a fatal traffic accident in front of a house in the village of Kalek, Phnom Penh Commune, Kulen District, Preah Vihear Province killed two men on a motorbike.
A 56-year-old Korean national, who was driving the car which collided with the motorcycle, has been taken into custody by the authorities for questioning.
