'Grim Reaper' Scares Locals in Kampong Chhnang Park

Cambodia News (Kampong Chhnang): On January 13, at 08 pm, a 40-year-old man, Orn Vichet, was arrested after waving a sythe around to threaten people at Derm Por Park, in Kampong Chhnang.
The reason for his behavior is unclear, but the man appeared to be either drunk or mentally unwell. Kampong Chhnang police confiscated the weapon and took the 'grim reaper' away for questioning.
