Cambodia News (Siem Reap): On January 14, 2020, at 10 pm, a 48-year-old American man, DEAN PHILLIP O'CLAIR, was arrested for living illegally at the public park, along the river in Siem Reap.
The American man came to Cambodia on August 28, 2019, through Phnom Penh International Airport. He ended up staying on the streets with no money, and he was picked up by local police, sleeping rough in a public park. His case is being processed by the Department of Immigration, and he was sent to the deportation office to follow the legal action. (Presumably he does not have a current visa to stay in Cambodia.)

Should work, he's destitute but at least his skin color doesn't attract police brutality.
