Sihanoukville, Cambodia Breaking News: At 12:30 am, on January 10, 2020, a Chinese man was arrested after a high speed car chase in the Prey Nup district of Sihanoukville. The car drove off at high speed when a police patrol tried to stop it for an inspection. The police called for back-up and a 'cops and robbers' car chase ensued.

The car eventually crashed and overturned, and the driver, identified as WANG HONG TAO a 29-year old male Chinese casino worker living in Sihanoukville, was taken into custody by police. Two other Chinese men who were in the car have escaped and are being sought by the authorities. A black ZORAKI pistol was seized from the suspect, and police say that they may have prevented a robbery or kidnapping in progress.

Car chases are the ultimate proof that left hand driveis wrong side of the road. In a left hand drive car you would have to shoot left handed out the window! If Cambodia was a right hand drive country the cop could have shot the tyres out hollywood style. I am gussing all American police are left handed

It seems the Chinese have ready access to most anything they need when they wash up here.

Guns, RCAF plated vehicles, permits for this and that, etc.

I'm thinking there is a sect of connected Khmers who are making money hand over fist, fast-tracking for these Chinese and their deleterious desires.

The same as thye used to for the French and the US. Money talks and right now the chinese have the money. You can buy British residence for 2 million, in many european countries you can get residence for an investment of 250-600,000 Euros. Cambodi is not the only corrupt country, it just more transparent here

Had to look up the Zoraki company from Turkey with HQ in Istanbul. Apparently they make blank firing guns as well that are easy to convert to firing live rounds.

US police and highway patrol don't shoot out of their windows in pursuit of suspects in high speed chases.
They have these gadgets called radios.
They call other police to place tire puncturing devices across the road. They have helicopters that follow the vehicle. They set up road blocks.
Often times they do not engage in high speed chases.
In busy cities for example where the danger to citizens is too great. They back off to protect innocent pedestrians and folks on the road.
Like a simple traffic stop.
They put out an APB on the vehicle over that new fangled contraption known as a radio.
In the case of a suspect who has killed people they do pursue and intensify their strategy.
At least they have weapons should they need them to apprehend some maniac who has chosen to flee.
My dad went over to England in 1944 and was part of the D-day invasion. He was 23 years old. A poor kid from Kansas. He and millions of others came over and saved your country or you would be making your jokes in German.

I think reading the replies to threads like this negatively impacts my IQ.
