A woman in Kandal province with attacked with a cleaver by her neighbor who she always gives food to. The victim is a kind person and she always share what she has with the suspect and his family. However, the suspect was jealous of the victim and thought that she looked down at his family as she always give food to them. The suspect later was arrested and brought to the police station.
