Two Teens Arrested for Snatching a Phone from a Foreigner

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On January 03, 2019, at 3:30 pm, the police arrested two teens for snatching a phone from an unidentified foreign man, aged about 35 years old, on street 15, Sangkat Psar Chas, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh.
The suspects were identified as Prak Veha, an 18-year-old boy, and Ngoun Manoth, an 18-year-old boy. The police confiscated a Honda Dream motorbike.
Before the incident, the victim was carrying his phone while walking on street 15 in a south to north direction. Suddenly, the suspects rode the motorbike close to the victim and snatched a phone from him. The victim pulled the phone back and shouted for help.
The local patrol chased the suspects and arrested them immediately. After getting the phone, the victim left the scene, and didn't file a complaint. [And therefore did not get his photo in the local news.]
The suspects were sent to the police station for case preparation following the legal action.
