Man Busted After Social Media Shows Him Using Drugs

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 24, 2019, a 45-year-old man, Seng Ngounda, was arrested after using drugs in a public place, on national road 5, Sangkat Toul Sangke1, Khan Rousey Keo, Phnom Penh.
Someone took a video of him using the drug and posted it on social media.

The suspect was arrested and sent to the Ministry of Social Affaires in Phnom Penh.

I saw the pictures, dude was nonchalantly smoking meth out of a water bottle/straws type of bong thing by the side of NR5. 8)
