Thief Captured After Driving Motorbike into a Cow

Cambodia News (Pursat): At 2:36 pm, on December 14, 2019, a 23-year-old man, Khun Putheara, was arrested for stealing and drug trafficking in Veal Veng district, Pursat.
The suspect was attempting to run away from police on his motorbike, when he crashed into a cow and came to an abrupt halt. The suspect, who is a habitual thief, then tried to hide out in the forest so that the police couldn't find him. He was eventually taken into custody and detained at Krokor police station for case preparation.

The number of Americans with criminal records today is larger than the entire U.S. population in 1900.

Holding hands, Americans with arrest records could circle the earth three times.

In the UK there are over 11 million people with a criminal record.

I would surmise that theft is not a capital offence and that the failed justice system in Cambodia is equivalent to the failed justice system in the USA or the UK. After one serves their sentence they are released from incarceration. North Korea will execute one for theft but surely Tarndog, even you, would have no desire to live in such a repressive country would you?

my old pensioner ma can get a criminal record for putting the wrong recycle bin out on the wrong day in the UK..
