Drunk Immigration Officer Spills Bullets Everywhere

Battambang, Cambodia News: An police officer, belonging to the Immigration Department at the International Border Gate in Battambang province, fell down drunk in public, spilling a handgun and three boxes of ammunition, at 10:30 am on December 10, 2019 at Phum Dong Village, Boeung Reang Commune, Kamrieng District.
The officer, named as Lydda, aged 32, has been arrested and taken in custody for questioning.

The was an FBI agent who was dancing in a club not long ago and his gun fell out when he did a backflip. He got in trouble, too.
So, apparently, you can shoot someone, but don't drop your gun.

The FBI guys gun went off and shot someone which was also the problem

Sounds like he was just try to emulate his top boss.
Clubbing, shooting people, doing backflips, dropping the gun,
How come the loyal and diligent FBI officer gets into trouble but Orange Man doesn't?
