Chinese Boy on Moto Arrested for Bag Snatch

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 6, 2019, at 1:05 pm, the police arrested a 19-year-old Chinese boy, Som Heng, for snatching a bag from a woman in Rong Chak village, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. He rode up on a motorbike and snatched a handbag from Moth Chantha, a 32-year-old woman.
The stolen bag contained 2 phones (Oppo and iPhone) and 300 USD. The police confiscated 1 motorbike when they arrested the suspect, and returned the bag to the owner.
The suspect was detained at Khan Sen Sok Police station to follow the legal procedure.
