Dead Foreigner's Body Caught Up in Kep Fisherman's Nets

Cambodia News (Kep): On December 3, 2019, at 1 pm, a fisherman found the body of a floating dead foreigner who was stuck in his fishing net at the west of Koh Angkrong near Koh Trol.
The border patrolman took the body to Angkol beach for examination. The specialist police said the victim no trousers on and had a rope with a bag of rocks tied to his body. The victim's only identifying feature is a horse tattoo in the body. Police are investigating the cause of death.

Mmmmmmm, ok maybe he was trying to put them back on, worn out and exhausted he had a heart attack, and then fell into the bag of rocks.....

Come on fellas, credit where credit is due, they are at least trying to up their game on the Dead Body Disposal front, with the rope and rocks. It's just teething troubles.
One day they will get it down to a fine art and then Dr Heart Attack can take it a bit easier...
