Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 29, 2019, at 08 am, there was an accident between a Range Rover car and a motorbike on street P10E in Borey Peng Hout, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh. A 55-year-old foreign man, a worker at the Buddhism for Health organization, who was on the motorbike, was seriously injured and sent to the hospital in an ambulance.

The police reported that a Ranger Rover car, plate no. PP2AJ-9666, driven by a 31-year-old man, Thol Phalla, in the direction from north to south hit the victim's motorbike at the intersection between Ster road and street P10E in Borey Peng Hout.

The police took both vehicles to the traffic police station to sort out problem of legal responsibility for the accident.

Dollars to doughnuts it'll be determined it was the western guy's fault.

He is a long term resident in Cambodia.

Looks like a compound fracture.

Hope he recovers well.

I pity him. But a westerner getting compo here? I highly doubt it. And looking at the video he just pulled out.doesnt seem to look.certainly didnt stop.yes the range rover is speeding. I cant see him getting anything.
