Deranged Drug Addict Attacks Nine-Year-Old Schoolgirl

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 27, 2019, at 09:30 am, a 34-year-old drug-addicted man, Chum Dara, was arrested after using a cleaver in an attack on a nine-year-old schoolgirl in Tangao village, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.
The victim said that she was walking to her house when she saw the man looking very strange, and when she looked at his face that made him angry. He then took a cleaver and tried to attack the victim. She ran away and asked the locals for help.
The suspect and the evidence were sent to the police station to follow the legal action.
