Locals Find Public Bench Sleeper has Passed Away
Kampong Speu, Cambodia News: Local residents in Tuol Kok village in Kampong Speu province were alarmed to find that a man sleeping on a village bench was in fact dead. After some hesitation, at 10:30 am on November 24, 2019, someone approached the man who had been lying there all morning, and confirmed that he was deceased.
The victim, a Khmer male aged about 50, who appears to be homeless, remains unidentified by local people so far, but police have sent out a message for anyone with a missing family member that answers to his description to contact the authorities.
