Cambodia News (Siem Reap): On November 16, 2019, at 09:30 am, immigration officials from the Department of Investigation and Procedure arrested a 42-year-old Russian man, KONSTANTIN PETROV, for having no passport and living illegally in a rented house in Siem Reap.

The Russian man came to Cambodia during 2013, through Cham Yeam border to Sihanoukville. He moved from Sihanoukville to Siem Reap on November 01, 2019. His last valid visa extension expired on July 23, 2016, and after that, he didn't have enough money to pay for another extension, so he was staying in Cambodia illegally for more than three years.
