More Tortured Chinese Released by Sihanoukville Police

The suspect
Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On November 13, 2019, one of two Chinese suspects was arrested for torturing and kidnapping two Chinese (man and woman) at Hainan Hotel and Casino, in room 3118, in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
The criminal police, under the direction of Mr. Chuon Naren, Sihanoukville police chief, went to the scene and helped the victims, LIU JUNWEI, a 45-year-old man, and CHEN DAFEN, a 35-year-old woman. They had injuries on their bodies.
The victims
One of the suspects, LI HONG LIANG, a 43-year-old man, was arrested, and another suspect XIAO CHOU, 20-year-old man, ran away to escape.
The police confiscated a Beretta pistol with two magazines and 25 bullets, and other items. The suspect has been questioned by police for case preparation.
