Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 11, 2019, at 5 pm, a 71-year-old Belgian man, MICHEL ALBERT GHISLAIN COLLEYN, passed away in a rented house on street 51, Sangkat Psar Thmei3, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

After receiving the information, the local police went to the scene and reported to the prosecutor, the technical science police, the police from the investigation and procedure department(Immigration) and autopsy, for an examination of the body.
The police concluded that the victim died of a heart attack. The victim's belongings, including the passport, were sent to the department of investigation and procedure of the general department of immigration.

After the examination, the body was taken to the mortuary at Steung Meanchey pagoda. RIP.

How sad, met him a few times years back. He was with the deaf girl that used to be at Sharkys and took care of her and the boy, not sure if it was his. Always used to come across as polite. RIP sir.
