Belgian Man Passes Away in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On November 11, 2019, at 5 pm, a 71-year-old Belgian man, MICHEL ALBERT GHISLAIN COLLEYN, passed away in a rented house on street 51, Sangkat Psar Thmei3, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
After receiving the information, the local police went to the scene and reported to the prosecutor, the technical science police, the police from the investigation and procedure department(Immigration) and autopsy, for an examination of the body.
The police concluded that the victim died of a heart attack. The victim's belongings, including the passport, were sent to the department of investigation and procedure of the general department of immigration.
After the examination, the body was taken to the mortuary at Steung Meanchey pagoda. RIP.
