Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: In the early hours of November 4, 2019, a man was driving a minivan full of Chinese passengers on street 310 when he collided with a car at the intersection with street 205. The vehicle was travelling fast, and the force of the collision drove it directly into the entrance of an auto shop on the corner. At least three people were injured and had to receive treatment.

The driver of the minivan was responsible for the accident and agreed to pay the Auto Shop US$3,000 to compensate for the damage.
