They shouldn't distort the faces so much, if the aim is recognition.
This young perp's head is squashed like a melon beneath a wheel.

Several years ago at the water festival I was walking along with the crowd and had just bought drinks for the kids, when a girl bumped into me and said sorry and something else. Ten minutes later I noticed my wallet was missing and am sure she had accomplices working with her pick-pocketing.

I keep two wallets , one with Riel in one pocket and the other with $$$$ in the other pocket. Luckily for me they took the one with 12,000 r , and ACLEDA visa card and not the other which had $500.

A lesson learned for next time.

I am all for taking enough cash when you go outside, but 500 bucks when you go to the water festival?
