Banned for just 3 years, not enough, for life. Chinese cause many problems here. Kampong Saom they have literally taken over. Cambodian people live maybe 2 or 3 km down the beach in unpleasant accommodation whereas they used to live where the Chinese casinos and hotels are now.

The Chinese that get deported from Cambodia will probably not get permission to travel again IMO. We don't really know what happens to them, but since most are wanted in China for internet crimes against Chinese, I suppose they are registered on one of China's socially undesirable lists once they have paid for their crimes. They will be on the no-travel lists. I think the Cambodian "3 year ban" is mostly to announce that the Cambodian authorities are on the job, protecting the country from undesirables.

Meanwhile, there are plenty more Chinese willing to expatriate to fill their places for these VoIP internet jobs.
