Ahhh… Carlill, that brings back memories, year 1, Contract.... I doubt you will get very far with Offers to the World at Large over here however.

But you are correct, "will offer" can be construed as a statement of future intent; "will offer" is not 'have offered' or 'are offering'.

Anyway, they better tighten up on the rest of the qualifications.

It's probably the Ly Hour. The stamp in the second pic reads Ly Hour Pawnshop which is indeed one of the group's business.

They're not going to pay jack shit to anyone who gives them information about her. It's Scambodia.
