It's been handled by KSWM for a couple of years now. (Kompong Som Waste Management).

Lol. SHV has is very own 7 page trash crisis thread. It goes back to 2017 and things sure haven't improved since then.

Might be time to start a "Truck Smashes into House, SHV" thread too. Thing is that there are a hell of a lot of trucks on the roads in Sihanoukville, and a lot of them are in a bad state, the roads are shite, traffic is dense, and mostly the drivers have no license. So you put that all together in a built up area, and it's amazing that there are not more accidents.
