Ok, the least scary thing is that the Mictableu pills are produced for a French company, and standards for drugs in the EU are high. Every time you buy drugs in the EU, they give you a very scary list of everything that MIGHT go wrong, side effects that have (for example) affected 1/10,000 people treated. This is information of the risk factor available for patients, so it's not so scary. Even OTC drugs like aspirin and paracetamol carry these warnings in Europe.

However, what if these Mictableu drugs are being manufactured only for export to "third world" patients ? If this product is not sold in the EU, then that is a red flag for sure.

Big Pharma saves and improves many lives, that is not disputed.
But at a terrible cost, and with a quite incomprehensible attitude of callous profit-driven cynicism.
Especially towards the third world.

And they keep forgetting to put a label on them with instructions. What are those yellow, white and orange ones , they look yummy.
