Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On the night of October 6, 2019, at around 11:50 pm, an RCAF car smashed into a road divider on National road 1, in Sangkat Noroth, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, an unidentified man was driving a Lexus IS 250, with RCAF (Royal Cambodian Armed Forces) number plates, at high speed along national road 1 in Phnom Penh in the direction from east to west, until he hit a road divider which was placed right in the middle of the road, right in the path of the Lexus.
The Lexus was a little smashed and shaken by the accident, but the driver was unharmed, and was apparently not detained by police.

After they arrived on the scene, the specialist police took the car to keep at the police station, waiting to sort out the problem later with the driver.

This makes no sense.

There are no 'road dividers' along that stretch of road.

The car is not in the 'middle of the road'

It is in the median and clearly smashed into one of the street light fixtures /grass strips which separates the two directions of traffic on that road.

Nothing was 'placed' 'right in the middle of the road'......at least not according to the pictures.

Yeah - the sneaky gits surreptitiously placed the median divider right there and then.

Surely everyone knows Lexus drivers use the center lane as theirs and theirs alone.

The cheeky person who put that there should be found, hounded, sacked and made to pay for a new car..

So is a road without a divider one or two roads? Your answer should be two roads? A road divider divides The road, thus its placed in it. If it was two separate roads they would already be divided by beeing separate roads.

The front looks a "little smashed and shaken" alright. Like totally fucked beyond recognition. The rear looks fine though, should be good to go.
