Cambodia Breaking News (Sihanoukville): On October 5, 2019, two suspects were arrested for drug trafficking in Sihanoukville. The Cambodian suspects were identified as a 37-year-old man, Moeun Chantha, and a 20-year-old man, Tong Vuthy, an electrician.

The police confiscated two packets of the drug methamphetamine, and three phones, a necklace, a pistol CF-98 with 12 bullets, and a car. The suspects were detained by police along with the evidence.

Aren't they Cambodian? Moeun Chanta and Tong Vuthy don't sound like Chinese names to me. Also it says they're Cambodian in the title.

Sure, they are clearly Cambodian going from the names, description and photos. Some people are a bit too quick in jumping to conclusions.
