Chinese Drug Addict Sent to Immigration Department for Deportation

Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: : On September 14, 2019, a Chinese man, 28-year-old LI KAIXIAN, was arrested for drug use by the Anti-Narcotics Bureau of the Phnom Penh police force.
They discovered that the man is a drug addict with no passport, and sent him to the Department of Immigration to arrange his deportation. He arrived Cambodia in August 2019 at Phnom Penh International Airport on a tourist visa.

This joker was seen at Jun - J** " guesthouse ",it appears to be a shit - magnet for junkies ," illegals & general " bottom - feeders " .Also having visible tattoos certainly brings the heat on you ,especially here in S.E Asia.For law - enforcement officials it quickly gets their attention and inquiries are undertaken.
Anyway it makes it easier for the rest of us to " stay under the radar "..

A good friend ( who also visits \ works in S.E Asia for extended periods ) has 11 years service as a decorated State police officer and who has recently been seconded to the A.F. P.. + for your own research ,next time you see photos of westerners or locals banged up note how many have visible tatts.Its not a value judgment on the rights or wrongs ,,_,_ ,it just is .
