Woman Construction Worker Arrested for Snatching Necklace

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 12, 2019, at 9:50 pm, an 18-year-old girl, Kim Pheak, a construction worker, was arrested for stealing a necklace, in front of a factory in Sangkat Khmoung, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
The victim, Nath Sokkhim, 40-year-old, was eating rice, when suddenly, the suspect came close to the victim and snatched the necklace from the victim's neck. The victim screamed for help, so the local people helped to catch the suspect and handed her over to the police.
The suspect was detained at the police station, following the legal procedure.
