Cambodian Police Arrests 105 Chinese for Illegal Settling and Gambling

Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 9 – At least 105 Chinese nationals, 10 of them female, were arrested on Monday, 9 September 2019, for illegal settlement in Cambodia and online gambling, according to Vattanak Mongkul, the head of the Investigation Department of the General Department of Immigration.
All the Chinese were arrested on the premises of the 9-storey building, “Excelpolitan University”, located in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district.

There is a group of half dozen police sitting in front of that place collecting money for running red lights, no helmet, truck overloaded, etc. all day everyday.
Kinda hard to believe they didn't see what was going on at a school that had looked abandoned for the last couple years.

Hats off to Khmer Authorities.
No good closing online gambling as part of a casino license and let the illegal boys have a free hand.
Many Chinese it seems don't like playing by the rules. They also inflicting serious financial pain on their fellow countrymen with their scams.
Good work Khmer Authorities. Order up yet another charter flight from China to take these people back to face the music in China.

This is real news, this so called "university" is located in side one of the Tek Tla buildings on corner of Hanoi Road and Russian Blvd, made headline, even among Chinese society in Phnom Penh.

I've only just read the name correctly. I had been reading it as Exploitation University.
