Chinese Steals $1,500 from Sihanoukville Moto Shop

Cambodia News, (Preah Sihanouk): On Tuesday, March 9, 2021, Mr. Chuon Narin, Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police Commissioner, announced the arrest of a Chinese man for burglary, as part of a crackdown against lawless Chinese nationals operating in the city.

Long LiLing, a 37 years old Chinese man from Guangzhou with no passport, broke into Ly Mong Kok Motorcycle Shop and stole money and materials, at 2:00 am on March 7, 2021 in Village 03, Sangkat 04, stealing from a desk and taking $1,500 of cash including some Cambodian money, 2 mobile phones, 1 IPHONE 11PRO MAX and 1 IPHONE 7PLUS.

After searching, the police arrested the suspect on the afternoon of March 8, 2021.

Captured evidences include:
2 mobile phones, IPHONE 11PRO MAX, 1 moss and 1 IPHONE 7PLUS, pink. (Consequences of theft)
$ 900 (nine hundred US dollars). (Consequences of theft)
Khmer money in the amount of R2,570,000 (two million fifty seventy thousand riels). (Consequences of theft)
- 1 HUAWEI mobile phone.
- 7 Wing cards.
One driver's license.

Surprised any shop would leave $15000 inside, rather than at a bank

I think there's an error there because that amount of Riel and dollars adds up to just over $1500. Fifteen hundred.
