Police Raid Illegal Cosmetics Factory Shop in Phnom Penh

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): Lieutenant Sothe Bandeth, director of Phnom Penh police, in collaboration with an investigation officer from the Economic crime police of the Ministry of Interior, and an officer from the Department of Health, coordinated by the prosecutor Kham Sopha, raided an illegal cosmetic factory and shop in Sangkat Steung Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
The police found 11 types of different chemical substances for producing cosmetics, of which about 2,700 kgs are illegal products. All the evidence was confiscated to keep for the examination, and the owner of the shop has been detained for questioning following the legal action.
