Dog Thief Gets a Beating

Cambodia Breaking New (Phnom Penh): One of two dog thieves was arrested after he got beaten up on August 12, 2019, at midnight, in Veng Sreng road, Tropeang Thleng village, Sangkat Chom Chao 1, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh.
A 19-year-old boy, Ren Dina, a construction worker, was detained and another suspect ran away to escape. The suspects were trying to steal a dog and the police confiscated a small knife, a rope, steel, and a phone. The suspect was sent to Khan Porsenchey police station for questioning.
