Disturbed Man Detained with Knife on Street 130

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Police intercepted a man behaving dangerously at 8:05 pm on August 11, 2019, along Street 130, near the New Market, in Sangkat Phsar Thmey 3, Daun Penh District.
The young man, believed to be a drug addict in his twenties with mental health issues, was walking along the road, striking out randomly at passersby with a long knife.
The police were called to detain the man, and he has been taken to Daun Penh police station for questioning.
