Motodop Kills Wife with Punch in Domestic Dispute

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On August 5, 2019, at 11:20 pm, a 23-year-old motodop, Pang Samnang, beat his wife to death in a tragic case of domestic violence in Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh. The victim was Nuy Vannary, a 23-year-old housewife.

The suspect confessed that he and his wife argued every day because both of them were very jealous and suspicious of the other one. On that day, the husband came home after drinking with his friend, and because he was drunk, he thought that his wife was bad, so he punched her in the head, hitting her so hard on the nose that it killed her outright.

The neighbors called the police to come and arrest the suspect. He was sent to the police station for questioning and case preparation. After the examination, the body was taken to keep at Tang Korsang pagoda waiting for the family to prepare for the funeral. RIP
