Chinese Man in Lamborghini Crashes and Leaves the Scene

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A Chinese man driving a luxury LAMBORGHINI car, with license plate number 2BX-6666, drives at high speed as he crashes into another car, causing serious damage, but luckily, no injuries were reported.
However, witnesses noted that after the accident the Chinese driver got out of the car, walked around for a bit, and then got in another car and drove away from the scene without waiting for police officials to arrive.

The accident happened at 10:15 pm on July 29, 2019 along Norodom Boulevard, Sangkat Boeng Keng Kang I, Boeung Keng Kang District, Phnom Penh.
Shortly after the Chinese driver had left the scene, representatives arrived to start negotiations for compensation, with the LAMBORGHINI side agreeing to pay restitution.
The driver of the car remains unidentified, only known as a wealthy and influential Chinese national.

I'm pretty sure with the platenumber 2BX-6666 the Lambo wasn't in Mr. Chinese's name.

Can you elaborate and tell us more? What does the plate number tell you any why/how?

I always thought the 6666 plates all belonged to the same family but I don’t think that is so anymore.

Nov 2018 it was still the case, not sure now. They indeed ‘bought’ the entire 6666 plate range for their collection of family cars, small chance this car doesn’t belong to them.
