Chinese Man Threatens to Jump From Sihanoukville Casino(VIDEO)

Cambodia Breaking News (Sihanoukville): On the night of July 18, at 6:30 pm, an unidentified Chinese man tried to jump off the ledge of the Bi Win Casino building, in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville. Police, a firetruck, and ambulance were called to the scene. Fortunately, at around 8pm, the police managed to get the man down safely.
The reason for his gesture remains unexplained.
