Cambodia Breaking News (Sihanoukville): On July 06, 2019,at 4:30 pm, Lieutenant Chun Naren, reported that a 31-year-old woman, Seng Theary, was arrested for drug trafficking at the Sihanoukville bus station.

The police confiscated four packets of drugs weighing 197,50 grams and an OPPO phone. The police are preparing the case of the suspect.

Come on CEOCambodiaNews, don't fold under pressure from hanno.

She could clearly fall under the spectrum of what is considered 'cute' or stoically charming, or placidly quaint, or slinky, or bewitching, or arresting (how apropos), or beguiling, or winsome....ad infinitum

But I'm not very impartial, as I consider, on average, 8.72 / 10 Khmer women to be above average in physical as well as facial beauty.

Trafficker doesn't equal user.

She might have popped negative on the piss-test Khmer cops love using and displaying in photographs, because I don't see one in any of these photos.
