Fatal Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of Chinese National on Win-Win Blvd in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News: A tragic incident occurred on the 18th of November, 2023, along Win Win Boulevard in Cheng Meng Village, Sangkat Samrong Krom, Khan Por Sen Chey, Phnom Penh, resulting in the immediate death of a Chinese man. The victim, seen driving a red Yamaha motorcycle (Phnom Penh 1GS-5606) from south to north, was struck by a truck without a license plate, causing him to fall off his motorbike and die at the scene. The driver responsible for the accident fled the scene.

Following the accident, local authorities, in coordination with the land traffic police of the Phnom Penh Police Commission, initiated efforts to review security camera footage in order to identify the driver and license plates associated with the truck for further action.

The victim's body was handed over to the family.
