Of course they do! Every time there is a crime committed with arms, possibly a jealous shooting of a young lady, or it could be simply, someone that did not like the taste in music at the venue. The authorities will usually say the gun didn't belong to the person who committed the crime.SternAAlbifrons wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 5:39 am Does anyone know if they keep any kind of an effective gun register in Cambodia?
Or if it did, then it was simply misused.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

The word you're looking for is "ricochet", a Khmer specialty.AndyKK wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 5:58 amOf course they do!
